Absolutely. Our event specialists are ready to assist you in preparing a rental estimate for your event. Simply call us at 707-291-2894 (Pacific Standard Time) or email us through our contact form. We look forward to being of assistance.
Once you have reviewed the quote and are ready to reserve the items, we will confirm your reservation and place your items on hold for you. Unless the order has been confirmed and reserved, all prices and availability are subject to change. We will then request a deposit of 50% of the total order and a credit card number to hold the items. Note that your deposit is non-refundable. The additional 50% will be due 30 days prior to the delivery date. If your event is sooner than 30 days, our office will make special arrangements for you. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Each item is priced in the catalog section of our website. You may also contact our office directly for additional pricing.
Due to the nature of our specialty items we may end up fully booked from time to time. Please be sure to reserve your items as soon as you can to ensure you have your specialty piece. If we have it in stock, we will try our hardest to deliver your rental pieces no matter how close we are to the event date and time!
Your deposit is non-refundable. A 50% cancellation charge will apply to any rental items cancelled within 30 to 14 days before delivery. A 100% cancellation charge will apply to items cancelled less than 14 days before delivery. No credit will be given for unused items. Unless the order has been confirmed and reserved, all prices and availability are subject to change.
Yes, you can make additions or modifications up to (3) days before delivery. We will make every effort possible to accommodate last-minute additions or changes, based on the availability of our inventory at that time. The earlier the modifications are made to the rental order, the higher the chances that we can accommodate your request.
A quote does not hold your items which means someone else can rent and use them. On the other hand, a reservation will take the items out of our inventory system, ensuring the rental items are available for you..
As the customer, you have the option to sign up for our Damage Waiver Plan by paying an additional 20% of the net rental fee for all relevant rental items. If you, the customer, accept the plan, Cultural Event Rentals waives all claims against you for accidental breakage or damage to the rental items. The exception would be damage to any third-party sub rental items that occur despite usage and handling with reasonable care. Items not returned to the Cultural Event Rentals warehouse within five days after your event ended, are billed to their full replacement cost. Our staff will clearly explain the details of the Damage Waiver Plan to you prior to your acceptance.

Important note: The DAMAGE WAIVER PLAN is not insurance and does not cover:
- Rental items not returned
- Theft
- Vandalism, international, or improper use damage
- Moving damages
- Damage to electrical equipment caused by artificial current
- Any damage resulting from the use of the rental items in violation of any provision of this agreement or violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation
- Any damage due to weather
- Rental damage to third party, sub rentals
We offer both delivery and pick up services. The charges are for regular delivery hours and varies based on mileage. We will try our best to accommodate any special request. We understand the delivery of your rentals is a very important part of ensuring the success of your event. Rest assured that we will try to accommodate your special delivery request. Special delivery fees may incur. Please contact our office for additional information.
Yes, we offer setup and takedown services for an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like this service added to your quote. Note that the detailed pricing for this optional service will be shown on your rental order.
